STEP 2: STRETCH WITH US
Athletico staff will be on-hand at the 2015 Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon Finish Festival to offer post-race stretching to all runners. Look for the blue Athletico tents and allow one of our experienced endurance clinicians to stretch tight muscles and help prevent soreness or injury. There will also be foam rollers available for your recovery needs.
STEP 3: HEAL WITH US
