February 2, 2016 | Chasing Rio, Part One
First episode of “Chasing Rio: Meb’s Road to the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials”, captures Meb Keflezighi as he puts in his altitude training in Mammoth Lakes, California. Located over six hours inland and 7800 feet above sea level, Mammoth Lakes is Meb’s go-to spot to train, when he isn’t home in San Diego, CA. In order to make it to the 2016 summer Olympics in Rio, the road to get there passes through Los Angeles, the site of the 2016 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials. It’s no surprise to anyone, not even Meb, that this will be his final Olympic Games, and he’s laying it all on the line.
