Why do you run?
I run because I can…and I want to keep it that way because I know what it’s like to not be able to run. I was once over 350lbs…almost 200lbs overweight. Running changed my life for the better. We joke that it keeps us sane but on some level, that statement is SO true. It’s liberating, reflective, life saving, and rewarding!
Favorite place to run:
I let you know when I’ve run all the races, everywhere 🙂 Although, a hometown run is always a pleasurable one!

Working or at the gym strength training.
