Why do you run?
I started running to head off a family history stacked with diabetes and obesity. It has become so much more. Running showed me I was setting the bar too low for myself. It taught me to take on challenges and push out of my comfort zone. It has become part of who I am.
Favorite place to run:
Trails, in new to me cities, anywhere and everywhere really.

When not running where would we find you?
Riding my bike, coaching figure skaters and Girls On the Run.

Protein smoothie with almond butter, banana, spinach and oats.
