Why do you run?
I run to stay healthy. I run to keep my sanity. I run to explore the world around me. I run to inspire others, and to show my kids how to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Favorite place to run:
Everywhere? Is that an option? I spend a lot of time on the boardwalk, but really enjoy trail running.
Running gear you can not live without:
I am really not tied to too much. My GPS is great, but some of my best runs are spent with no tracking, no sense of time…just me and the road.
When not running where would we find you?
Either at work (IT guy by day) or spending time with my wife and son (and soon to be second son). We love being outdoors and enjoying all the world has to offer.
Favorite post race fuel:
It all depends on the day. Some days it is peanut butter (though I eat that every day twice a day). Some days it’s pickle juice. All depends on what my body is craving.

The song that got me through my last half marathon was Shake It Off by Taylor Swift. Awesome running beat!
