More than 9,000 runners from 32 countries and 47 states will hit the pavement for the 2016 Transamerica Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon San Francisco. The 4^th annual race returns April 1-3, 2016 starting on the Great Highway at Golden Gate Park, crossing closed lanes of the Golden Gate Bridge, and finishing in City Center Plaza. Runners will get a first class tour of the City by the Bay with live entertainment stationed on the course as they make their way to the finish line. Many participants are putting meaning to their miles by running as St. Jude Heroes and raising money for St. Jude Children’s research hospital.
