Your 12 Week Training Plan

The United Airlines Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon San Francisco is here to help get you race day ready! To do that, we’ve teamed up with WeRunSF to bring you the perfect training plan and make sure you’re ready to ROCK by race day. Check out the plans below and find the one that’s right for you.

Then, once you’ve picked the perfect plan, join WeRunSF, A Runner’s Mind and San Francisco Run Club for one of their weekly group runs to get your training started. You’ll join coaches and runners who share a passion for running and are committed to helping you reach the finish line at the United Airlines Rock ‘n’ Roll Half Marathon San Francisco.

WeRunSF Training Programs

The programs start you off the week of January 15 and finish on race day, April 8. Whether this will be your first or you’re aiming for a personal record, the half marathon is a challenging event and your accomplishment will be a great reward!
