After the success of the last edition, the Official Training Plans of the EDP Rock 'n' Roll Madrid Marathon & ½ have returned, led by the famous running club Tigers Running Club.
From 1st February, all those runners who want to train for the EDP Rock 'n' Roll Madrid Marathon & ½ both physically and mentally, can do it through a complete 12-week plan developed by the best professionals.

Each runner will choose a training group based on their race pace and availability. They will also receive a training plan adapted to their needs and goals. All this will be complemented with nutritional recommendations and audiovisual material with strength exercises. The preparation will start with some tests to determine the potential and to have a periodically view of the of health and performance.

The marathon training method of Tigers Running Club is based on a scientific basis, always prioritizing health above all without losing sight of the goals. 
Its success is validated by more than 1000 marathon runners. From people preparing their first marathon to experienced marathoners. Quality vs. quantity as a rule. Enjoy and have fun it’s their motto!
