The Bay Area was a buzz offering a picture perfect morning for runners who took on the United Airlines Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon San Francisco.

The BRAND-NEW course started in PIER 39 and took runners along the San Francisco Bay before leading them through the wear blue mile and, on the way up to a picturesque stretch of the Golden Gate Bridge. Runners crossed the Finish Line next to Ghirardelli Square and took in the views of the Bay as they enjoyed an epic Finish Line Festival.

The musically themed road race wrapped up with local favorite Tainted Love taking to the stage as the headliner for the Toyota Rock ‘n’ Roll Concert Series, getting runners and their families to their feet in celebration of the days accomplishments.
