All Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series events feature a Health & Fitness Expo prior to the event, which all participants must visit to pick up their race packets. Free and open to the public, these expos feature the latest in running technologies, fitness apparel, health and nutrition information and interactive displays. Interested in showcasing your brand? A standard 10’x10’ booth space comes with the following: (for indoor events)

  • 8’ drape behind booth, 3’ drape along the sides
  • (1) 6’ table
  • (2) chairs

Booth spaces are available up to 20’x30’ in size. Additional rentals such as electricity, rigging and furniture can be coordinated for additional charge. Material handling rates will apply in certain venues for advanced shipments and use of venue loading docks. Each event’s Activation Lead can provide specifics on pricing.

Exhibitors are incentivized to sign up early to select preferred booth locations.

For example, A 10’x10′ booth comes with (1) 6′ table, (2) chairs, a wastebasket, carpet, pipe and drape. Booth payment is due 6 weeks prior to move-in and is nonrefundable. Booths are available on a first-come first-serve basis. Please submit an application to join the fun!
