Congratulations to the PNW Ladies Running Group for being named the Rock 'n' Roll Run Club of the Month this August!

The PNW Ladies Running Group (PNW) is the largest women's running group in the Pacific Northwest. They have almost 6,000 members in the states of Washington, Idaho, Oregon, and are extending into Canada and beyond.  The group welcomes all women, from novice to elite athletes, at all points of their fitness journeys.  The PNW Ladies Running Group started in 2015 out of a half marathon training program led by Coach Grace Martinez. Today, it has evolved to a group that not only trains together, races together, and hikes together, but to a group that grows, empowers, and supports one another.  One of the biggest perks of the group is the name recognition and all of the amazing benefits that go along with being a member - lots of race discounts and free race entries to name a few!

Although they are a "ladies" group - men are welcomed to most activities and are welcomed to partake in the discounts and freebies!  However, their closed Facebook group provides a safe space for ladies to ask questions, seek support, and find community with other women in the Group.

In 2019, the PNW Ladies Running Group was the largest team at the St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Seattle Marathon & 1/2 Marathon.  Together they conquered the miles and crushed the infamous Seattle hills!  The group looks forward to tackling next year's Seattle course and to running the Strip at Night this November at the Humana Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Marathon & 1/2 Marathon!
