Gain access to the Rock 'n' Roll training library with tips and tricks to help you successfully train for and finish your race feeling strong! We will also invite you to join our private Facebook community full of others who are training for Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series events, keep a look out for your invitation.
Team rosters are updated every Monday & Friday. Please select your event to view your team roster.
Simply click the Create a Team button at the top of the page and fill out the form. The Team Captain will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm entry into the Run Club Program. Once the Team Captain has received confirmation team members will be able to join the team.
Nothing at all! Creating a team for the Rock ‘n’ Roll Run Club Program is completely free. However, team members MUST be registered for a Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series event and join your team to be counted in your team roster for an event.
Team members will be able to join your team once the Team Captain has received a confirmation of entry. Team members can then join by selecting the Join a Team button and completing the team affiliation form. If you do not see your team in the team dropdown portion of the form please contact your team captain to ensure your team has been created.
Team members can register for a Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series event on our website at www.runrocknroll.com. Team members MUST be registered for a Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series event and join their team (10) days in advance of their event date to be included in their team's roster.

Run Club Program participants will pick up their race bib & shirt via the regular pick up process upon arrival at the Health & Fitness Expo. After passing through the merchandise section all Run Club Program participants MUST visit the Run Club Booth to pick their wristbands and weekend information.
The number of team members of your team has registered for an event determines the tier level and types of benefits your team receives at an event.

No, only participants registered for a Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series and part of a Run Club Program team can receive benefits associated with the program.
Once your team reaches either the Platinum or Diamond level your Team Captain will be contacted with the instructions on the discounted VIP Experience registration.
The Run Club Village is a dedicated area for the teams participating in the Run Club Program. This area is designed for teams to congregate, socialize, snap some fun photos, relax and celebrate.
The Run Club Village is located after the finish line walk off. The exact location of the Run Club Village will vary from event to event. We encourage you to checkout our event maps online and visit the Run Club Program booth at the expo to learn more.
Team members eligible to receive the (1) additional beer will receive a beer tear-off tab on their wristband. This wristband must be picked up at the expo at the Run Club Program booth.
The social media & Rock 'n' Roll blog spotlights are scheduled opportunities for your team to share your story, mission, etc. with the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series community. Teams that are eligible for this benefit will be contacted to collect content and schedule the date of when the content will be pushed.
If your team has reached the Diamond Level (30+ registered team members) you qualify to have the opportunity to set-up a team tent at the finish of the half marathon and / or marathon event. Your team tent MUST be no bigger than 10 ft. x 10 ft. and MUST have the ability to be secured to the ground by either rope or weights. Teams will be required to set-up their tent within the Run Club Village the day before the half marathon and / or marathon event. Team Captains will be contacted with specific details on location, set-up / tear down times, pick-up / drop-off instructions, etc.
If your team has at least (15) members affiliated with your team and registered for a Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Series event then you qualify to receive a free entry for a future event. Simply have your Team Captain complete the Free Entry Redemption form after the race. The Team Captain will then be contacted with instructions on how to redeem the free entry.
