Due the amount of requests we received daily, it could take 24 to 72 hours to complete your request. We recommend that you plan ahead so your request can be completed on time.

For requests of new designs, landing pages, adding results to an event, etc. We recommend 1 to 2 weeks in advance.  

We understand that you may have an urgent request but please make sure you plan ahead so your request can be completed on time.

 

Unfortunately, Sport Engine does not have the capability to schedule content. If you need to publish content at a specific time, make sure you submit a request 2 to 3 days in advance letting the Global Digital team know the date and time you wish to publish your content. Time and date should be during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. 

What is a Landing Page?

A landing page is a dedicated web page on your site that targets a specific audience, gives them a specific offer, and captures their information via a lead form. It’s common to create landing pages in support of a particular marketing campaign or channel. For example: You may want to promote a special sale like Global running day to deliver more conversions and more leads.

Landing Page Cons

1. Not enough search traffic– Creating multiple landing pages seems to be a great way to increase your search traffic. After all, it means you have more fresh content for Google to crawl. The downside for most landing pages is that the average landing page only has 372 words. While Google came out and said they do not have a minimum word count it is an unofficial metric.
2. It can be accessed by sharing a link only- Creating a landing page means that we need to share the link through emails, social media, etc. it cannot be found easily from the global website.
3. Creates confusion to user experience- Landing pages are designed with a different layout from our global page. Creating many landing pages won't help our users to learn how to use and get familiar with our global website.

Before you submit a request for a Landing page, you will need  to need to provide the purpose of the landing page and how our audience will benefit from the landing page. We will carefully review your request and we will get back to you as soon as we can with the approval of the landing Page or a better solution for your request.
