No. You must be registered for the Heavy Medals Program. You may enroll for free, here.
To keep an accurate database of our Heavy Medalists, we need you to enroll in the program each qualifying cycle. This means if you are enrolled now you do not need to enroll again until 2023.
Only half marathon or marathon races completed at live and in-person events count for Heavy Medals qualifications. Relay, 10K, 5K, and other event distances do not count toward earning Heavy Medals.
Yes! Any Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series marathon or half marathon around the world counts toward your Heavy Medals total. Due to logistical complications, medals earned at events outside of the USA may be mailed, instead of collected on site. Please stay tuned to event communications for instructions on how to receive your medal.
No. To earn a Heavy Medal you must have two or more official finisher times from live and in-person events within the qualifying period.
Once you have enrolled as an official Heavy Medalist, you will start earning Heavy Medals after completing your second Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series marathon or half marathon within the qualifying period (2020 to 2022).
Yes, you can enroll into the program up until ten days after completion of your second event. We encourage you to enroll in this free program now, to ensure you're all set before your second event occurs. If your second event has already occurred for the year please get in touch with us at email@example.com so we may assist, subject to medal availability.
No – you only need to enroll in the program once within the qualifying period (2020 to 2022), using the same Active.com account that you use to register for races.
Only Rock 'n' Roll Running Series marathon or half marathon races completed between 2020 and 2022, with an official finisher time, will count towards you Heavy Medals tally.
After each qualifying event our Heavy Medals 2 (I got 2 Babe) & 3 (Thank you N3xt) are mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please be mindful that Heavy Medals may take up to 8-10 weeks to arrive after each qualifying event. This is due to the need to wait for official results and results corrections to be lodged and settled, before mailing processing.
Our Heavy Medals 4 and up must be picked up onsite after completing your qualifying event. We ask that you please check the “Common Reasons Medals are NOT Received” information below before contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Medals will be mailed to the address listed on your Heavy Medals enrollment on your Active.com Profile. Be sure that your Active.com Profile remains updated throughout the season. If this address was incorrect or out-of-date, we will not send you a replacement medal.
If you did not pick up your medal after your qualifying event, please contact email@example.com so that we may assist you to collect your medal at the next event you attend.
Heavy Medals may be requested up to 6 months after the qualifying event. While our team will attempt to fulfil your request please be aware that Heavy Medals are only available while supplies last.
No. You must register for the Heavy Medals Program separately from the TourPass Program.
In order to receive Heavy Medals, you must enroll as an official Heavy Medalist. Make sure your address and information is current, and that it matches with your Active.com Profile and subsequent race registrations. We use this information to identify when you have qualified to earn a Heavy Medal. Medals will be sent to the address used on your Heavy Medals enrollment.
Yes – If you already have an Active.com account before you can officially enroll in the program you will be asked to sign into your account to continue with the registration process. If you do not already have an Active.com account, you will create one during your Heavy Medal registration using an up to date email address.
If you don’t remember your password for your Active.com account please select ‘forgot password’ and reset your password.
You can check if you have enrolled in the Heavy Medal Program by logging into your Active.com account and going to your ‘order history’ to see all past order history.
If you are still uncertain, enroll again as the system will prevent duplicate entries if you have enrolled previously.
You can manage your enrollment by logging into your Active.com account and going to your ‘order history’ and selecting ‘manage registration’ to update any of your information for your Heavy Medal registration. (Warning! Any changes you make to your personal information will update your profile on ALL registrations in Active.com (past, current and future).

Yes – event registrations made at any time for races completed within the qualifying period count towards your Heavy Medals tally. However due to the late nature of expo registrations we may not have your Heavy Medal prepared on site for you, in which case we will make other arrangements for you to collect it. As with all registrations, be sure to use the same name and date of birth for each registration. Be mindful of hyphens, abbreviations and spelling. If you have two registrations with different information, we will not be able to match your race completions and things will get confusing quickly.
