Welcome to the Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Race Weekend

Below is everything you need to know to be prepared for race weekend. The 2026 race week information will be updated closer to the event. Please refer to the 2025 information below in the meantime but note that details are subject to change.

Health & Fitness Expo

Rock ‘n’ Roll Las Vegas features a two-day Health & Fitness Expo prior to the race, which all participants must visit in order to pick up their race packets. Free and open to the public, this expo features the latest in running technologies, fitness apparel, health & nutrition information and interactive displays. All runners must visit the expo to pick up their race number, gear bag and t-shirt.

Thursday, February 20, 2025: 3pm-6pm
Friday, February 21, 2025: 10am-6pm
Saturday, February 22, 2025: 9am-5pm

Bibs for the Saturday 5K will be available at the Expo until 2pm

Gear check will be available for anyone wishing to checking items during the race. On race day, please affix your gear check tag (on your bib number) to your clear gear bag before you leave it at the table assigned to your last name. DO NOT leave valuables, cash or jewelry in your bag. Please note, due to security for Gear Check, there may be lines. You will pick up your checked items after the race.

Saturday 5K Stationary Gear Check: Stationary Gear Check will be located outside Downtown Las Vegas Events Center in a parking lot on 3rd Street. Gear check will be open from 3:00PM until 9:00PM. Please review the Saturday 5K Start & Finish Venue Map.
Sunday Half Marathon & 10K Gear Check: We're excited to be partnering with UPS for the 2025 Rock 'n' Roll Running Series Las Vegas Gear Check program. Look for the UPS Delivery Trucks near the Start Line and Finish Line.
Drop Off: Las Vegas Blvd outside Park MGM. Gear Trucks close at 4:15pm to go to the finish line. Please be sure to drop off your gear before 4:15pm.
Pick Up: Las Vegas Blvd at The Cosmopolitan. Gear Check closes at 10:30pm

5K - 1 Hour

Results will be available on the Rock 'n' Roll Running Series App immediately after the race.

Post-Race

Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas returns to the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center for an all-new line up of Vegas-inspired acts. From DJs to interactive games, we're bringing all the action of The Strip to you on Saturday night.

When: 3pm - 8pm
Where: Downtown Las Vegas Events Center

Awards: All awards will be shipped to participants after the event to the address listed in your profile.

FinisherPix

FinisherPix is proud to be the Official Photo Service of this event. Your personal race photos will be available on https://www.finisherpix.com 48 hours after the end of the race to view, order and share your photos from the event.

Please be sure to keep your bib number visible on the FRONT of your body during the run and at the finish line so we can identify your photos.
Notice our photo spots and smile into the camera - even if it hurts!
Be sure to have your race number visible at all times.
Smile and celebrate when you cross the the finish line! Don't worry about touching your watch, the timing company will ensure an accurate record of your achievement.
