Pre race
Saturday Gear Check
Gear Check will be open at 5:30am. Please make sure to affix your Gear Check tag on your bib to your gear bag before dropping it off.
- 5K/10K- Gear check opens at 5:30am and closes at 6:20am.
- Drop-Off: 6th Ave & Demonbreun St.
- Pick-Up: Lot K at Nissan Stadium.
- Marathon/Half Marathon- Gear check opens at 5:30am and closes at 7:20am.
- Drop-Off: Broadway West of 10th Ave
- Pick-Up: Lot K at Nissan Stadium.
Sunday Gear Check
Gear Check will be available in Lot R at Nissan Stadium. Please make sure to affix your Gear Check tag on your bib to your gear bag before dropping it off.
Marathon - 6 Hours
Half Marathon - 4 Hours
10K - 2 Hours
5K - 1 Hour
Cut-off locations will be enforced on the marathon course. Those who do not reach the cut-off locations by the times noted will be diverted and will not run portions of the course. This will result in a DNF in the final results.
- Mile 10.7 at 10:15 AM
- Mile 15.7 at 11:25 AM
- Mile 18.5 at 12:00 PM
- Mile 20.8 at 12:30 PM
The Nashville Striders are the official pace team for St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Nashville. Come by the pace team booth at the Expo for information on running with a pacer. Learn more about your pacer here.
- Marathon: 3:00, 3:30, 3:45, 4:00, 4:15, 4:30, 4:45, 5:00, 5:30
- Half Marathon: 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, 3:00
- Parking & Transportation
- There will be no free parking Saturday or Sunday at Nissan Stadium due to construction. We recommend parking in downtown garages, which will be close to the start line. Please visit the link above for more information and to reserve a spot.
Post-Race
Awards: All awards will be shipped to participants after the event to the address listed in your profile.
Results will be available on the Rock 'n' Roll Running Series App immediately after the race.

Health & Fitness Expo
Location: Music City Center (201 Rep John Lewis Way S), Halls A & B
St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville features a two-day Health & Fitness Expo prior to the race, which all participants must visit in order to pick up their race packets. Free and open to the public, this expo features the latest in running technologies, fitness apparel, health & nutrition information, and interactive displays.
- Thursday, April 23, 2026: 12pm-7pm
- Friday, April 24, 2026: 10am-7pm
