Welcome to the St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Running Series Nashville Race Weekend

Below is everything you need to know to be prepared for race weekend. The 2026 race week information will be updated closer to the event. Please refer to the 2025 information below in the meantime but note that details are subject to change.

Health & Fitness Expo

Location: Music City Center (201 Rep John Lewis Way S)

St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Nashville features a two-day Health & Fitness Expo prior to the race, which all participants must visit in order to pick up their race packets. Free and open to the public, this expo features the latest in running technologies, fitness apparel, health & nutrition information, and interactive displays.

  • Thursday, April 23, 2026: 12pm-7pm
  • Friday, April 24, 2026: 10am-7pm

The Nashville Striders are the official pace team for St. Jude Rock 'n' Roll Nashville. Come by the pace team booth at the Expo for information on running with a pacer.
 

  • Marathon: 3:30, 3:45, 4:00, 4:15, 4:30, 4:45, 5:00, 5:30
  • Half Marathon: 1:30, 1:45, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, 3:00

Saturday Gear Check
Gear Check will be open at 5:30 AM. Please make sure to affix your Gear Check tag on your bib to your gear bag before dropping it off. GEAR CHECK CLOSES AT 6:20AM.
 

  • 5K/10K
    • Drop-Off: 6th Ave & Demonbreun St.
    • Pick-Up: Lot K at Nissan Stadium.
       
  • Marathon/Half Marathon
    • Drop-Off: Broadway West of 10th Ave
    • Pick-Up: Lot K at Nissan Stadium. 


Sunday Gear Check
Gear Check will be available in Lot R at Nissan Stadium. Please make sure to affix your Gear Check tag on your bib to your gear bag before dropping it off. 

Marathon - 6 Hours
Half Marathon - 4 Hours
10K - 2 Hours
5K - 1 Hour

Cut-off locations will be enforced on the marathon course. Those who do not reach the cut-off locations by the times noted will be diverted and will not run portions of the course. This will result in a DNF in the final results.
 

  • Mile 10.5 at 10:15 AM 
  • Mile 16.9 at 11:45 AM
  • Mile 19.1 at 12:15 PM
  • Mile 21.4 at 12:45 PM

Results will be available on the Rock 'n' Roll Running Series App immediately after the race.

Pre race

  • Parking & Transportation
  • There will not be any free parking Saturday at Nissan Stadium in 2025. We recommend parking in downtown garages, which will be close to the start line.
  • 2026 parking information coming soon!

Post-Race

Awards: All awards will be shipped to participants after the event to the address listed in your profile. 

FinisherPix

FinisherPix is proud to be the Official Photo Service of this event. Your personal race photos will be available on https://www.finisherpix.com 48 hours after the end of the race to view, order and share your photos from the event. 

Help us take the best photo of you: 

  • Please be sure to keep your bib number visible on the FRONT of your body during the run and at the finish line so we can identify your photos.
  • Notice our photo spots and smile into the camera - even if it hurts!
  • Be sure to have your race number visible at all times.
  • Smile and celebrate when you cross the the finish line! Don't worry about touching your watch, the timing company will ensure an accurate record of your achievement.
