Traffic Impact
The Rock 'n' Roll Running Series Arizona race weekend will take place on Sunday, January 17, 2027. There will also be a 5K on Saturday. January 16, 2027. Alternate Access Routes
From I-5 South
- Take San Diego Airport/Sassafras Street exit. This puts you onto Kettner Blvd.
- Take Kettner to the traffic light at Pacific Highway and turn left
- Take Pacific Highway about 1/2 mile to Laurel St and turn right
- Take Laurel St to the next light at N Harbor Dr and turn right
From I-5 North
- Take San Diego Airport/Hawthorn St exit (signs will direct you onto westbound Hawthorn St)
- Proceed to N Harbor Dr and turn right
From Southbound SR 163
- Take Park Blvd exit
- Turn left onto Park Blvd (northbound)
- Turn right onto Zoo Place
- Turn right onto Florida Dr
- Entrance to the Naval Hospital is located at Bob Wilson Dr
From SR-163 South
- Exit to eastbound Washington St
- Turn right onto Washington St
- Turn right onto Lincoln Ave
- Turn right onto Normal St.
From I-8 East/West
- Exit towards Texas St. (must use Texas St from I-8E)
- Turn right on El Cajon Blvd.
- Turn left on Washington St and stay left to enter Normal St.
