The Manila courses will take you past the very best landmarks and monuments of the city.
All courses of the Rock ‘n’ Roll Manila have been officially measured by the World Athletics and Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS). The World Athletics is the global governing body for the sport of athletics, and the AIMS organization sets guidelines and standards for organizing marathons and road races, including safety measures, course accuracy, and other requirements.
Now that our courses are certified, it means that the race has meet the requirements of a well-organized, safe and accurately measured course – your race times are valid and meets international standards for qualifying and setting records.
For our Marathon participants, your official finish time at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Manila may be used as your qualifying time to enter prestigious events including the six World Marathon Majors – Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago and New York!

Course overview
The Marathon is comprised of three loops and starts at Kilometer 0 in Roxas Boulevard. You head down south and make the first turn around at KM 2 in Quirino Avenue. Head back north and make a right turn at Burgos Avenue and right to Orosa for the second turn around at KM 5. Participants head to Burgos and go all the way to Jones bridge and make the third turn around at KM 7 in Quintin Paredes Road just before Plaza Lorenzo Ruiz. Head south using Burgos and enter Intramuros taking Muralla left to Real St. then right at Sta. Lucia then General Luna exiting to Burgos. Participants will make a left at Roxas Boulevard, heading to turn around 4 at Anda Circle at KM 13, then head back to Kilometer 0 to complete the first loop and begin the second loop. The second loop follows the same course, making the turn around at Quirino Ave at KM 16, then head to Orosa Turn around at KM 18. Head again North make the next turn around in Quintin Paredes Road at KM 21. Once again head to Intramuros and exit to Burgos heading to the next turn around in Anda Circle at KM 27, and head to Kilometer 0 to complete the second loop. The final loop follows the same course, making the turnaround in Quirino at KM 30, then head to Orosa at KM 33, then Quintin Paredes at KM 35, then head to Intramuros and back to Anda circle for the final turn around at KM 41. Participants will now make a left turn to Quirino grandstand for the finish line.

Course overview
The half marathon is comprised of two loops and starts at Kilometer 0 in Roxas Boulevard. Head down south and make the first turn around at KM 2 in Quirino Avenue. Then head back north and make a right turn at Burgos Avenue and right to Orosa for the second turn around at KM 5. Participants will make the third turn around at KM 5.5 just before the National Museum, then enter Intramuros. Taking Muralla left to Real St. then right at Sta. Lucia then General Luna exiting to Burgos.
Participants will make a left at Roxas Boulevard, heading to turn around 4 at Anda Circle at KM 10, then head back to Kilometer 0 to complete the first loop and begin the last loop. The second loop follows the same course, making the turnaround at Quirino Ave at KM 12, then head to Orosa Turn around at KM 15, and the next turn around just before the National Museum at KM 15.5. Participants enter Intramuros complete the loop and head to Anda Circle at KM 20. Participants will now make a left turn to Quirino grandstand for the finish line.
