Below is everything you need to know to be prepared for race weekend. The 2025 Final Information document will be available here closer to the event. Please refer to the 2024 Final Information document in the meantime, but note that details are subject to change.

AIA Health & Wellness Expo
Rock ‘n’ Roll Manila features a four-day Health & Wellness Expo before the race, which all participants must visit to pick up their race packets. This expo is free and open to the public, features the latest running technologies, fitness apparel, health & nutrition information, and interactive displays. All runners must visit the expo to pick up their race number, gear bag, and t-shirt.
Dates/Hours: Monday to Thursday, November 24 to 27 @ 11:00AM to 7:00PM
Location: Midtown Wing Exhibit Area, Robinsons Place Manila
Please note that the expo area is near main entrance of the mall at Pedro Gil Street.
Tip: To expedite your Participant Check-In process, make sure to bring your valid ID (Government IDs) with you to the Health & Wellness Expo to pick up your race materials!
Reminder: Last day of kit claiming is on November 27 until 7:00PM only. No kit claiming on Friday-Saturday (Race Day).

Your street gear may be used to store any clothes or personal items you require post-run and will be collected at post-run area. The bag provided to you during bib number pick up must be used as your Gear Bag. No other bag will be accepted. Please ensure that you have the gear bag sticker (included in the race kit) clearly stuck to the bottom of the handle.
Examples of items you can put in your Gear Bag:
- Change of clothes
- Different footwear
- Please DO NOT place any valuables in your bag. The organizers are not liable for any loss or damage of any item or your gear bag at the drop off.
Gear Bag drop off starts at 9:00 PM, Friday, November 28, 2025. Gear Bag check out is until 9:00 AM, November 29, at the Gear Bag tent at the Festival Area, Quirino Grandstand.
For all categories, Finish cut-off time will be at 7:30AM

Results will be available on the Rock 'n' Roll Running Series App immediately after the race.

For those who need an authorization letter to pick up someone else’s race kit packets, please download and complete the “Letter of Authorization” below. Don’t forget to include a photocopy of a valid government-issued ID as supporting documentation.

We will provide you with our “Foto-Flat” which includes all your amazing personal content from several top locations around the course as well as the beautiful impression shots of the scenery and the race day in general.
Help us take the best pictures of you:
- Please be sure to keep your bib number visible on the FRONT of your body during the run and at the finish line so we can identify your photos.
- Notice our photo spots and smile into the camera - even if it hurts!
- Be sure to have your race number visible at all times.
- Smile and celebrate when you cross the the finish line! Don't worry about touching your watch, the timing company will ensure an accurate record of your achievement.
