With a 4:30pm race start for the half marathon and 10K, unlike all other races, you get to sleep in! Yes, if you’re a racing regular, you need to change up your schedule a bit, but you’ll no doubt be well awake by the time the starting gun goes off! Downtown's largest playground, the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center, hosts the Rock 'n' Roll Las Vegas Saturday Night Fan Fest. Kick off the weekend festivities with a 5K finish line on Fremont Street, entertainment from the hottest DJ’s, limited-edition craft cocktails, live art, and more!
The “pre-race jitters” are different here. The community is tremendous and as you cross the line, fire shoots into the sky. YES. If that kind of a start doesn’t get your feet moving, the sight of the neon lights ahead will.

Smile! On race night, the half marathon will stream live on the 100,000 square-foot LED screen. We would say you won’t want to miss this, but that’s hard to do when it’s the largest screen on The Strip.
